SUBANG JAYA: A Christmas celebration event will be held at the Amphitheatre in Taylor’s University (TU) on 18 December from 7pm to 11pm by TU Student Council.
Taylor’s Business School student and Campus Integration Director Carmen Chia, 20, said, “All Taylorian’s with their Christmas Spirits are invited to this Christmas Miracle event.”
Chia added there will be a photo booth, food, performances, games as well as a gift exchanging session during this event.
“It’s all about bringing them down to one platform where everyone sings to the same song and indulge in the same vibe of Christmas, no matter who you are or where you’re from,” said Chia.
Chia also added that the highlight of this year’s Christmas event will be the Santa himself.
Chia said, “The last time I spoke to him (Santa), he said he wants to dance with everyone there while eating his cookie.”
“Getting the big guy in the red costume will really cheer up the mood of the people attending the event, as it’s not just a party, it’s also a meaningful and spiritual gathering,” said Chia.
Chia also encourages students to come and support this event.
According to Chia, the ticket price for this event is RM10 per entry and the dress code is green, red or white.
Chia added, “We will be selling tickets in front of Student Life Centre (SLC) on the 3, 4, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25 November and 1, 2 December from 10am to 3pm.”
