Social media has become the fastest growing media tool in this tech savvy generation. Whether you are new to Twitter, an avid daily user, or someone who just started using Twitter, here are the five types people you will meet on Twitter.
1. The Daily-Story-Teller
“I had Nutella with bread for my breakfast.” “I’m stuck in a terrible traffic jam.” “I’m so lazy to get up from my bed.” The daily storyteller can tweet whatever they want to say anytime, anywhere. Their amount of daily tweets can go up to 30 tweets if not more. Their followers can actually know what their daily routines through their tweets.
2. The Liker
These people never really write anything on their Twitter, but always click the “Favorite” button on other people’s posts. They usually just love to see people’s tweets and never want to post their thoughts out. They would just “Favorite” anyone’s tweets without any reason and would not comment about it.
3. The Complainer
The complainer can complain about everything that they don’t like or feel unsatisfied about. Some of them like to complain customer service in certain shop and the quality and quantity of the food in certain restaurants. Whether they like it or not, they just love to complain and blame things instead of giving constructive criticism.
4. The Show-Off Person
“I got my new toys!” Most of the time, they will attach a photo along with their tweet just to show what they just bought. New toys can be anything like the latest smartphone, a new handbag, new shoes and so on. New toys can be anything, as long it is new, and is an in-trend item! These people just want to catch their followers’ attention.
5. The Emotional Person
“Raining makes me miss you even more.” “This café was the last café that we had brunch together, but now I am here without you,” or “Whenever there are couples pass by, it reminds me of us.” Their tweets always make people feel sad or emotional, and they would mostly tweet at midnight, when they are alone or when it is raining. These timings are the perfect time to show their emotional mood and their feelings to their followers.
